After earning her degree in Marketing Advertising and PR, from Birmingham City University, Shailah entered the professional world to explore her passion for social media and entrepreneurship. During this time, Shailah has developed expertise in social media, gaining a proven track record in creating strategies that help build a strong brand presence across multiple platforms. Shailah is a determined black female entrepreneur herself and owns a popular instagram boutique. After discovering The Black Pounds Project she recognised the importance of the vision and wanted to actively use her skill set to support.
