My name is Tias Hibbert I am an NLP-qualified mindset coach with disciplines in timeline and parts therapy. I have over five years of experience working in alternative provisions, pupil referral units, young offender’s institutes, and charities.

I also work with faith-based organizations to help the leaders empower, encourage, uplift, and equip congregations of men, free and incarcerated, to see themselves beyond their limits and to help turn their potential into purpose. My aim is to see men overcome Adverse Childhood Experiences through coaching and then go on to set up their own coaching practices to help free more men.
