We are thrilled to announce that Sue Bedward, Founder of The Midlands Business Leadership Academy has successfully been appointed as our Operations Manager.
Sue will be responsible for establishing our operational processes, ensuring quality service standards for the mentoring programme and incorporating assessment of applications.
Upon hearing of her new appointment Sue commented “I am truly honoured to be contracted to the Black Pounds Project team. I am excited to support this important cause and will ensure that all the necessary procedures are in place so the Project can continue to grow from strength to strength. I whole-heartedly believe that this Project will not only benefit those involved, but will influence inclusivity accross the wider business community and beyond.”
